# Slice on Build Plane

Slice an Implicit Body above the input build plane. The slice placements are calculated in a vertically centered fashion relative to the object to prevent slicing directly on an upper or lower boundary.

### Inputs

| Name | Type | Description |
| - | - | - |
| Body | [Implicit Body](../../../../block-documentation/types/implicit-body) | Implicit Body to slice. |
| Feature size | [Scalar](../../../../block-documentation/types/scalar) | Minimum feature size to accurately capture details. |
| Layer height | [Scalar](../../../../block-documentation/types/scalar) | Spacing between slice layers. |
| Origin plane | [Plane](../../../../block-documentation/types/plane) | Build plane to orient the slices. This also dictates the origin frame of the slice data when exporting. |

### Outputs
